Dear Moreno Valley Residents,
There's an undeniable energy in Moreno Valley right now. New opportunities are emerging, major projects are moving forward, and our community continues to grow stronger every year.
On Thursday, July 30, at 11:30 a.m, residents, business leaders, community partners, and local stakeholders will come together to celebrate Moreno Valley's progress and share our vision for the future. This year's theme, "Taking Flight," captures the momentum we're experiencing throughout our City and the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.
The State of the City is an opportunity to reflect on how far we've come, but even more importantly, to look to the path ahead. Together, we'll celebrate the accomplishments that have shaped the past year while highlighting the initiatives, investments, and opportunities that will define Moreno Valley's next chapter.
From economic development and infrastructure improvements to public safety enhancements, community programs, and quality-of-life projects, Moreno Valley continues to build on a strong foundation while reaching for new heights. None of this progress happens by chance.
It is made possible by the residents, businesses, City employees, and community leaders who believe in Moreno Valley and work every day to help our community thrive. What makes Moreno Valley truly special isn't simply our growth — it's the spirit of collaboration and our focus on innovation that make it possible. When we work together, there's no limit to what we can accomplish.
The State of the City is an opportunity to celebrate that shared commitment and the bright future we're creating together.
Although tickets to this year’s event are sold out, you can still be part of the 2026 State of the City Address by watching the event live while enjoying a free catered lunch in the Alessandro A & B Rooms, or by tuning in from home or your office on the City’s YouTube channel, Facebook page, or MV3.
I hope you'll join us as we celebrate our achievements, recognize the people who make Moreno Valley exceptional, and look ahead to everything on the horizon. The future is bright, and Moreno Valley is taking flight.

En Moreno Valley se siente una energía innegable. Están surgiendo nuevas oportunidades, importantes proyectos siguen avanzando y nuestra comunidad continúa fortaleciéndose año con año.
El jueves 30 de julio, a 11:30 a.m., residentes, líderes empresariales, socios comunitarios y representantes locales se reunirán para celebrar el progreso de Moreno Valley y compartir nuestra visión para el futuro. El tema de este año, "Alzando el Vuelo", refleja el impulso que vivimos en toda nuestra Ciudad y las emocionantes oportunidades que nos esperan.
El Estado de la Ciudad es una oportunidad para reflexionar sobre todo lo que hemos logrado, pero, aun más importante, para mirar hacia el camino que tenemos por delante. Juntos celebraremos los logros del último año, y al mismo tiempo destacaremos las iniciativas, inversiones y oportunidades que definirán el próximo capítulo de Moreno Valley.
Desde el desarrollo económico y las mejoras a la infraestructura hasta el fortalecimiento de la seguridad pública, los programas comunitarios y los proyectos que mejoran nuestra calidad de vida, Moreno Valley continúa construyendo sobre una base sólida mientras alcanza nuevas alturas. Nada de este progreso ocurre por casualidad. Es posible gracias a los residentes, las empresas, los empleados de la Ciudad y los líderes comunitarios que creen en Moreno Valley y trabajan todos los días para que nuestra comunidad siga prosperando.
Lo que hace verdaderamente especial a Moreno Valley no es solo su crecimiento, sino también el espíritu de colaboración y el compromiso con la innovación que lo hacen posible. Cuando trabajamos juntos, no hay límites a lo que podemos lograr. El Estado de la Ciudad es una oportunidad para celebrar ese compromiso compartido y el brillante futuro que estamos construyendo entre todos.
Aunque los boletos para el evento de este año ya se agotaron, todavía puede ser parte del Mensaje sobre el Estado de la Ciudad 2026 acompañándonos en la transmisión en vivo mientras disfruta de un almuerzo gratuito con servicio de catering en los salones Alessandro A y B, o siguiéndolo desde su hogar u oficina a través del canal de YouTube, la página de Facebook de la Ciudad o MV3.
Espero que nos acompañe para celebrar nuestros logros, reconocer a las personas que hacen de Moreno Valley una comunidad excepcional y mirar con entusiasmo todo lo que está por venir. El futuro es prometedor y Moreno Valley está tomando vuelo.
